1. What Genlinklab is

Genlinklab is a credit-based tool for supporters who already hold their own football club membership/ticketing accounts. You top up a credit balance, submit an account against a specific fixture, and a credit is only spent if a ticket link is actually returned. Failed attempts are never charged.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By registering for or using Genlinklab, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't register for or use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Genlinklab. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Authorisation to access your ticketing account

You confirm that any club account or ticketing credentials you submit belong to you (or that you're authorised to use them), and that your use of Genlinklab doesn't breach the terms you've separately agreed to with the relevant club or ticketing provider. By submitting your credentials for a specific attempt, you expressly authorise Genlinklab to log into that account on your behalf, using the same official login process the club's own app or website uses, solely to retrieve a digital ticket link already issued to that account for the fixture you specify.

Genlinklab acts only as your authorised agent for this single purpose. We do not purchase, reserve, obtain, or resell tickets on your behalf, and we hold no ticket inventory - the service only ever retrieves a link for a ticket you already legitimately hold. Genlinklab isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any football club or ticketing platform; club names are used only to describe which fixture a link relates to.

5. Account approval

Every new registration is reviewed by hand before it can log in, buy credits, or generate a link. We may decline or later suspend an account at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Genlinklab only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms, and in a way that doesn't violate any third party's rights or the terms you've agreed to with your club or ticketing provider. You agree not to:

• submit credentials for an account you don't own or aren't authorised to use;
• attempt to generate a link for a ticket you don't legitimately hold;
• resell, sublicense, or share your Genlinklab account or API key access with anyone else;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against Genlinklab itself beyond the API access we provide for that purpose;
• attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the service;
• use the service in a fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise malicious way.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section - see Termination below.

7. Account security

You're responsible for keeping your own Genlinklab account password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. We do not save the password of any club/ticketing account you submit for a link - it's forwarded once, used to attempt the link generation, and never written to our database or logs; see our Privacy Policy for the full detail. We use industry-standard security measures but, as with any online service, can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Credits and payment

Credits are purchased via Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or Ziina at GBP 1 = 1 credit (or a discounted rate for published bulk bundles), or as a flat-price unlimited pass for a fixed period where offered. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or Ziina - we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown clearly before you pay and may change from time to time; a price change never affects credits you've already purchased. Credits don't expire and aren't transferable between accounts. 9. No guarantee of availability

Ticket/link generation depends on systems we don't control (the club's own login and ticketing platform), and can fail for reasons outside our control - an expired membership, a sold-out fixture, a changed login flow, and so on. We don't guarantee a link will be produced for any given attempt; a failed attempt simply isn't charged. We also don't guarantee uninterrupted access to Genlinklab itself, and may need to modify, suspend, or perform maintenance on the service from time to time.

10. Intellectual property

Genlinklab's software, branding, and website content are our property or used under licence. Using the service doesn't grant you any ownership in it - just a personal, non-transferable right to use it for its intended purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

Genlinklab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we don't accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by a third-party platform (a club's login/ticketing system, a payment provider, etc.) being unavailable, changed, or behaving unexpectedly. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any reasonable losses or costs we incur as a result of your misuse of Genlinklab, your breach of these Terms, or your submitting credentials/credentials-related information you weren't entitled to use.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, or abuse of the service. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account doesn't entitle you to a refund of unused credits, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Genlinklab after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply in full.
