Refund Policy

Last updated 24 September 2026

You're only charged for a working result

A credit is deducted only when a link-generation attempt actually succeeds and a ticket link is returned. If an attempt fails for any reason - wrong credentials, a sold-out fixture, a platform error, anything - no credit is spent. This applies whether you run one account at a time or upload a CSV batch.

Purchased credits

Credits you've bought but not yet used are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law, or at our discretion where a genuine payment/technical error on our side is involved (e.g. you were charged but no credits were added to your balance - see below).

Unlimited pass

The 30-day unlimited pass is a flat-price period of access rather than a stock of credits, and is non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If a payment didn't go through correctly

Credits (or the unlimited pass) are added automatically the moment Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or Ziina confirms your payment succeeded. If you were charged but your balance wasn't updated, contact us straight away with your payment reference and we'll investigate and correct it - either by crediting your account or refunding the payment.

How refunds are paid

Any refund we issue is returned through the same payment provider and method you originally paid with - Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or Ziina - back to your original card or account, never as a separate cash payment or bank transfer. Refund requests should be made as soon as possible, and in any case within 60 days of the original payment, since that's the window our payment providers allow us to action a refund through.

How to request something

Email admin.genlinklab@gmail.com with your account email and, if relevant, the payment reference or match details. We aim to respond within a few working days.
